Small Sugar is an heirloom pumpkin dating back to at least the mid-1800's. Also known as New England or Boston Pie, Small Sugar's extremely productive vines bear large quantities of sweet pie pumpkins. Orange, ribbed pumpkins measure eight inches wide by six inches tall and weigh approximately five to six pounds. Slice them open to reveal thick, dense flesh of the highest quality for baking and cooking. Matures approximately 100 days after sowing. Each packet contains a minimum of 25 seeds.
