Your success in the garden is our goal. We carefully select, grow, and test our seed to ensure it is fresh, vigorous, untreated, and true to variety. Every packet we sell is backed by our commitment to quality and to helping you grow with confidence.

Our Promise

We guarantee our seed to be fresh, vigorous, untreated, and true to variety.

Each packet is guaranteed through the year printed on the packet, plus one full additional growing year.

If your seeds fail to germinate, arrive damaged, or do not grow true to type, please contact us and we will make it right.

What We Will Do

At our discretion, we may:

• Replace the product
  
• Issue store credit
  
• Refund the original purchase price

Our responsibility is limited strictly to the seed product itself.

Returns

If you need to return an unopened item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Because seed viability depends on storage and handling, opened seed packets are generally covered under our Seed Guarantee rather than our Return Policy.

If there is ever a problem with your order, please reach out—we are always happy to help.

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

While we stand firmly behind our seed, gardening is subject to many conditions beyond our control. Therefore:

• We are not responsible for crop loss, loss of yield, loss of revenue, loss of profit, or incidental or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for labor, time, or expenses related to planting, growing, harvesting, or tending plants
• We make no representation that seed or plants sold by Thresh Seed Co. are free from disease, and we disclaim liability for losses related to alleged seedborne or secondary disease infection
• Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the original purchase price of the product

This applies regardless of growing method, soil conditions, weather, pests, animals, human error, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Additional Warranty Terms

Except as expressly stated here, no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are made.

These limitations apply to all claims, regardless of the legal theory on which they are based, including negligence, contractual liability, or otherwise.

Scope of Guarantee

This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This guarantee is the sole and exclusive remedy for any claim related to the purchase or use of our seed.
