Solar Yellow is an open-pollinated variety of carrot that is a reliable producer of tapered yellow carrots averaging six to seven inches in length. Vibrantly colored roots have a crisp, sweet flavor that intensifies with frost. Solar Yellow is one of our favorites for juicing and is also delicious when roasted with other carrots and root vegetables. Matures approximately 60 days after sowing. Each packet contains a minimum of 150 seeds.
