Slenderette is an open-pollinated variety bred by Charter Seeds Company of Twin Falls, Idaho and released to the public in 1968. One of our best-yielding varieties, Slenderette's compact, bush-type plants are resistant to a number of common diseases, producing heavy yields of slender, 5 to 6-inch beans under a wide variety of conditions. Tender, thin, stringless beans are of the highest quality for cooking and are preferred by many chefs. Approximatley 55 to 60 days to harvest. Each packet contains a minimum of 25 seeds.
