Noire de Coseboeuf Scalloped Purple Tomato
50 Seeds
While there is some debate regarding the origins of this variety, there is no doubt that Noire de Coseboeuf is one of the most unique heirloom tomatoes out there. Early maturing plants are excellent producers of 5 to 9-ounce, oblate tomatoes with scalloped shoulders and glossy reddish-purple skins. Noire de Coseboeuf's beautiful, uniquely shaped tomatoes have thin skins and an excellent full-bodied flavor, however they must be harvested "al dente" lest they become overly soft and lose flavor. Approximately 70 days to harvest. Each packet contains a minimum of 50 seeds.
