Sparkler White Tip Radish

(Raphanus sativus)  Heirloom variety dating back to the 1880's.  Reliable producer of pink, globe-shaped radishes with white tips.  Flavor and texture are best when harvested at approximately 1" in diameter.  25 days to harvest.  Approx. 150 seeds/pkt.

CULTURE:  Plant seeds outdoors as soon as soil can be worked.  Sow seeds 1/4" deep, 1/2" apart, in rows 12-18" apart.  Germination will occur in 5-10 days.  Thin to 1" spacing after seedling have emerged.  Successive sowings can be made every 7-10 days throughout spring and fall.
