After six weeks of unprecedented volume, we are beginning to get caught up with demand. We have been working on improving our processes and consequently most orders are shipping in within one business day, with a few orders taking up to 48 hours to ship. However, if you place an order after 12pm on Friday, please be aware that it might not ship until Monday as we have reduced our weekend hours in order to get caught up with all of the other tasks on the farm. We want you to know how much we appreciate your business. We have seen a lot of growth this year and we really appreciate all of the kind emails we've been receiving from customers. The excitement from first-time and experienced gardeners alike is contagious and we too are excited to get to spend some time in our own garden this year. We wish you all a great gardening season!
Due to unprecedented order volume we are experiencing a slight delay in fulfilling orders. While we strive to get most orders fulfilled within one business day, some orders may take up to 72 hours to ship. While many companies within the industry have shut down or are experiencing delays of up to 6 weeks, we are committed to providing high quality seed to our customers when they need it most. Please be patient with us as we are working 16+ hour days to try to get your seed to you as quickly as possible. Also, please be informed that due to disruptions in our supply chain, we are not able to ship certain items in our signature mylar-lined packet. These items will ship in paper packets with an inventory label on the front and planting instructions on the back. We appreciate your understanding during these unconventional times.
