Lemon Cucumber
25 Seeds
(Cucumis sativus) Unique variety produces vibrant, globe-shaped cucumbers that resemble lemons. Excellent flavor and never bitter, these little cukes are perfect for pickling or fresh eating. We prefer to pick them young, when the skins are a canary yellow color. Plants are extremely productive and cucumbers are easy to spot on the vine. 65 days to harvest. 25 seeds per packet.
CULTURE: Direct sow seeds in spring after danger of frost has passed. Seeds should be sown 2-3 per hill with hills spaced at least 3' in all directions. Alternatively, seeds may be sown along a trellis with 12-24" final spacing between plants. Under ideal conditions, germination will occur in 3-10 days. Harvesting regularly promotes yield.
